Culture-lens was founded by Agnes Bamford.
Agnes has extensive experience delivering business and personal coaching, training and group facilitation, and works collaboratively with other consultants from her vast international network.
Agnes has worked and lived internationally for more than 20 years. She is involved in global intercultural projects and currently lives in Norway, where she grew up.
Agnes has worked in financial services in London, and she has been a board member of the Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce and the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) UK.
In 2019 Agnes joined the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) as a PhD Research Scholar in intercultural business communication, where she also teaches intercultural communication and English for business. In 2021 she was appointed to the NHH alumni council (Alumnirådet).
Agnes holds an MA in intercultural business communication from the University of London, a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCE) in business and personal coaching, a teaching PGCE in Education from University College London, and she is a graduate, 'siviløkonom', from the Norwegian School of Economics.
