Culture-lens was founded by Agnes Bamford who works collaboratively with an international network of consultants.
Agnes has extensive business coaching, training and facilitation experience from a range of industries. She has worked and lived internationally for more than 20 years. Agnes has worked on intercultural projects all over the world and currently divides most of her time between Norway and the United Kingdom.
Agnes has worked in financial services in London and she was a board member of the Norwegian-British Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2020. She was also a board member of the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR) UK between 2015 and 2020.
In 2019 Agnes joined the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) as a PhD Research Scholar in intercultural business communication, where she also teaches English for business and intercultural communication. She was appointed to the NHH alumni council (Alumnirådet) in 2021.
Agnes holds an MA in intercultural business communication from the University of London, a Postgraduate Certificate (PGCE) in business coaching, a PGCE in Education from University College London and she graduated as 'siviløkonom' from the Norwegian School of Economics.
